“We had Dawn twofold… She had to sell our home before she could help us buy a new home..To say we were apprehensive about listing our home again with a new agent is an understatement…the home we were selling was a unique one of a kind home… When Dawn showed up for our first meeting, she was beyond prepared…She had printed our comparable homes, (well since ours was a one of a kind she really surprised us right from the start) she had really researched our home and comparable homes. Highly impressive in our opinion. She walked us through how the process works and gave us her phone number in case we had questions throughout the process… We had more questions then I’m sure she expected, but Dawn answered every single question and would take it upon herself to reach out to us to ask how we are feeling when a showing didn’t pan out. Communication was such a blessing. It didn’t take very long and we had a buyer for our home. So many more questions from us, and still she never mad us feel foolish for messaging her constantly. Bam, before we knew it our house was sold and now onto the purchasing a home aspect.
We told Dawn our must have’s and she really listened. In the house market as it is right now, we thought for sure we would never find a home… But Dawn keep reassuring us our perfect home was on our horizon. Welll it happened!! Again, Dawn walked us through the process and did her best to keep us positive that this would be our home… I am beyond happy to report that in less than a month from Dawn placing our offer on the home of our dreams, we are in the process of moving in…
